Helen is our longest tenured tutor, having trained with us in the mid-2000’s! Even at the time, we were always so impressed with her empathetic approach to clients. Helen is now a very experienced practitioner and a wonderfully intuitive tutor.
She is particularly interested in promoting Reflexology for managing stress through the relaxation process of this therapy. She has a practice in Ladbroke, Warwickshire, and offers Aromafeet, a bespoke massage to the lower legs & feet using a tailored essential oil blend to optimise wellness.

“I trained with Wendy & Martyn back in 2016. I have always known about Reflexology as my Mum trained back in 1998, so I was always giving her my feet when I was younger if there was ever anything wrong! Having the opportunity to train in the treatment myself felt like a natural progression.
I am a Beauty Therapist, running a salon in South Kilworth (with my Mum!) and was thrilled to share my new skills with my clients. Since then, I have taught for a number of years for Wendy and Martyn and enjoy so much being able to share my passion for Reflexology!”
Teresa Middleton PRM
Since qualifying with Three Shires, Teresa has focused on building her reflexology clinics in Rugby, Warwickshire, and Leamington Spa. She has a particular interest in supporting clients through perimenopause and menopause, as well as with fertility and stress-related conditions.
Teresa also offers facial reflexology, enhancing her treatments with a holistic and deeply relaxing approach to overall well-being. Teresa is passionate about sharing her experience and expertise.
