A few words from our founder, Wendy Finke about how we got here
“When I first decided reflexology was the career I wanted, I had no idea where this would lead me and how enthralling the path would be. 30 years on, thank goodness the therapy has grown in recognition with not only public perception, but with medics too! Our reflexology course combines methods & techniques developed over thousands of hours in practice, and by teaching those methods to small groups, the “Three Shires Experience” has earned a reputation we are so proud of. We have always taught with love for the therapy, and passion for watching our students develop and hone their skills and knowledge. By the time they graduate, they are complete & well-rounded reflexologists, able to make a real difference to their client’s wellbeing!”

30 years and counting!

We have been doing this since 1995, and during that time, we have taught hundreds of the country’s top reflexologists.
Many have gone on to teach, develop their own courses and become well-known and respected within the reflexology community.
Reflexology is not a foot massage, nor is it an alternative to conventional medicine.
It is an holistic, powerful complementary therapy which considers the whole person, including their physical, mental, and emotional health, while taking social factors into account.
Reflexology is practiced using gentle pressure with only the fingers or thumbs on points of the feet or hands. These points reflect specific areas of the body. In this way the body is encouraged to work to 100% of its capacity, returning the body’s systems to a natural state of balance, enhancing the recipient’s own natural healing capabilities. At the end of your treatment your reflexologist will be able to advise a suitable course of treatment for your individual needs.
Reflexology can reduce stress by inducing deep relaxation. In this way it can be particularly helpful in combating recurring and long-term conditions.
